Why ERPNext
ERPNext is an open-source ERP built by Frappe. One database covers accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, HR, projects and CRM. It handles multiple companies and currencies, and runs in English, French and Arabic.
Its economics differ from proprietary ERPs: there is no per-user licence. You pay for implementation, hosting and support, which puts a complete ERP within reach of growing companies.
It still has to be deployed well: a badly configured ERP is just an expensive spreadsheet. Our job is to fit each module to the way you work, not the other way round.
What our ERPNext team does
Scoping and gap analysis
A two-week workshop maps your real processes. Each gap is classed as configuration, development or process change, and costed before work starts.
Module configuration
Accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, HR, projects and CRM, configured as one coherent system.
Tax and integrations
Chart of accounts, taxes and invoice templates set to your rules. Connections to tax authorities, e-invoicing platforms and banks.
Custom development
Fields, reports, workflows and dedicated Frappe apps, built alongside ERPNext's core so upgrades stay possible.
Data migration
Customers, items, stock and balances moved from spreadsheets or your old software, with a parallel-run period to check the numbers.
Training and support
Key-user training, role-based manuals and support until your team runs it on its own.

How much does an ERPNext project cost?
ERPNext has no per-user licence. The budget depends on the modules, how many processes need adapting, the integrations and the volume of data to migrate. We cost it precisely after the scoping workshop, before you commit to the rest.
ERPNext or Odoo?
Both are open source. ERPNext ships every module in a single free edition, while Odoo keeps part of its apps in its Enterprise edition, billed per user. We implement both and advise you based on your business.
Can ERPNext handle local tax rules?
Yes. ERPNext is fully configurable: chart of accounts, taxes, withholding and invoice templates. We set it up to your rules and your accountant's, then connect it to the platforms you need.
Where is ERPNext hosted?
Your choice: a cloud server we manage, or your own servers. ERPNext runs on Docker with Python, MariaDB and Redis.
Do you work outside Tunisia?
Yes. Our ERPNext team works from Sousse and Tunis, and our Paris office supports companies in France. Workshops happen on site or remotely.
