Artistic vision of the product
The brief
Mid-sized companies wanted to leave SAP-adjacent licensing costs behind without giving up integration between finance, operations and payroll. ERPNext, delivered by a team that knows it inside-out, is the answer we shipped.
Discovery and gap analysis
Every engagement starts with a two-week workshop mapping the client's real processes to the platform. Gaps are classified as configuration, customisation or workflow change — and priced upfront so no surprises land in month six.
Modules and integrations
We implement Accounts, Selling, Buying, Stock, Manufacturing, HR, Projects and CRM as a coherent whole. Integrations cover local tax authorities, e-invoicing gateways, national banks and industry-specific tools.
Product aesthetic carried through to the interface
Training and change management
Half of any ERP project is people. We train key users, produce role-specific manuals, run parallel-run periods and provide a support hotline until the client's team owns the system.
Outcomes
Clients typically close their books in a week instead of a month, run stock accuracy above 98%, and reclaim the FTE-equivalent that used to reconcile spreadsheets.
Closing note
This project reflects our approach: start from a concrete business problem, pick a proven technical foundation, and ship a product that teams actually use every day. Want to talk about yours?
In the wider Apeiron portfolio
A substantial share of Apeiron's work happens behind the scenes, helping businesses run their core operations more efficiently. The team provides full implementation and customization of ERPNext, covering accounting, sales, purchasing, production, HR, inventory, maintenance, and reporting. Three implementations show the range:
- Alpha Technologies (Oil & Gas) — maintenance tracking and stock management built for the operational demands of the energy sector.
- Sidi Mode (Textile) — production control and order traceability across the manufacturing floor.
- My Assistance Online — automated sales, invoicing, and CRM management streamlining day-to-day commercial operations.
The value in each case isn't the ERP software itself — it's Apeiron's insistence on adapting every module to the client's actual structure and operations, rather than asking the business to adapt to the software.
Part of Apeiron Technologies' portfolio
Seven years. Three countries. 100+ projects. One highway for digitalization.
When Apeiron Technologies describes its mission, it doesn't stop at "we build software." The company talks about partnership — understanding how a business actually runs, then building something that fits into that reality rather than asking the business to adapt around a piece of software. Seven years and more than 100 delivered projects later, across manufacturing, retail, automotive, tourism, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and construction, that philosophy shows up clearly in the work itself.
Behind the portfolio is a team of 25 specialized engineers spanning web, mobile, backend, cloud, AI, and UI/UX, working out of operational subsidiaries in Tunisia, Libya, and France, and organized into agile squads — product owner, tech lead, developers, QA — with the capacity to scale quickly as a project demands.
The process behind every delivery
None of this happens without a consistent way of working. Apeiron's agile squads run iterative sprints — planning and design, development, testing, deployment, review — with client feedback built into every cycle instead of saved for a single big reveal at the end. Quality and security are treated as design-phase concerns rather than afterthoughts, with testing, CI/CD, and code review embedded throughout.
The throughline
Look across the portfolio — a retail loyalty app, a pharmacy gamification tool, a hotel booking platform, a construction management suite, an in-house AI product — and what stands out isn't a single technology or industry focus. It's a repeatable way of working: understand the operational reality of a specific business, then build something that fits into it. That's the idea behind "Your Highway for Digitalization," and it's the thread connecting every project in this portfolio.
