Novopharma MyChallenge — Pharmacy gamification mobile app
Apeiron designed and built Novopharma MyChallenge: a mobile gamification, e-learning, manual sales and Pluxee rewards app for pharmacists partnered with the Novopharma group.

Novopharma MyChallenge — Gamifying a nationwide pharmacy network
Novopharma MyChallenge is the official mobile app of the incentives and training programme run by the Novopharma group, designed and delivered end to end by Apeiron Technologies. It lets partner pharmacists take product trainings, log their manual sales, earn points and badges, and redeem their rewards as Pluxee credits.
Available on iOS and Android, the app is used across the entire Tunisian network of Novopharma-partner pharmacists.

The challenge
Novopharma, a major pharmaceutical distributor, wanted to:
- Unite its network of pharmacists around a single programme of challenges and continuous training.
- Digitise manual sales reporting product by product, with proof of sale and automatic point allocation.
- Activate partner brands (Caudalie, Vendôme, Luxéol, PIC Solution, Fluocaril, Suavinex, Berocca, Supradyn…) with dedicated badges and targeted campaigns.
- Reward pharmacists in cash equivalents via the Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) ecosystem.
What the app does
1. Manual sale with product catalogue
A manual sale module lets the pharmacist search a product in the lab catalogue, pick a quantity and confirm the sale in one tap. Every product shows the recommended price and points earned.

2. E-learning trainings & validation quizzes
Each partner lab pushes its own MyChallenge Trainings: explainer videos, product content and a validation quiz. Pharmacists progress step by step and unlock points for every completed module.

3. Goals & brand challenges
Pharmacists see their active goals in real time (e.g. "Vinosun Challenge") with progress counter, time remaining and reward.

4. Lab-branded badges
An awarded / locked badge system per brand: Les Secrets, Acne Expert, Anti-Age, Baby Care, Glow, Hygiene, Laboratoires Vendôme, Luxéol, PIC Solution, Smile Star, Sun, Supradyn & Berocca… Each badge unlocks when the pharmacist hits an activity threshold on that brand.

5. National leaderboard & podium
A national leaderboard with visual podium (top 3), Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly filters, and the pharmacist's own rank — driving healthy competition between pharmacies.

6. Redeem points as Pluxee credits
Accumulated points are convertible into Pluxee credits (formerly Sodexo) directly from the app, with full exchange history and a guided 3-step flow.

Tech stack
- Mobile: Flutter (iOS + Android), single codebase, published on both stores.
- Backend: secure API built by Apeiron, per-pharmacist authentication, role management (lab / Novopharma admin / pharmacist).
- QR scan: floating scan button for product / sale codes, accessible from every main page.
- Push notifications: challenge reminders, new training modules, unlocked badges.
- Pluxee integration for point-to-credit conversion.
- Data & reporting: admin dashboard for Novopharma and each lab, tracking sales, completed trainings and campaign ROI.
Outcomes
- Nationwide coverage: partner pharmacists use the app as the central hub of the programme.
- Continuous product training industrialised across every brand distributed by Novopharma.
- Full traceability of manual sales and lab campaigns.
- A modern, gamified incentives model, rewarded in cash equivalents via Pluxee.
Our role
Apeiron delivered product design, UX/UI, Flutter mobile development, backend, integrations (Pluxee, partner labs) and App Store / Play Store publishing, plus ongoing evolution and maintenance of the platform.
