Higher connects candidates and job offers through skills, with proof: a match score, verified tests and tracking for every application.

The brief

Candidates apply blind: they can't tell whether an offer fits them, and recruiters read keyword lists instead of proof. Higher flips this around: the app first shows what matters — how your skills line up with the offer — and then helps you prove them.

Offers ranked by how well you fit

Every offer shows a match score and how your key skills line up with it. Open one to see the salary, contract type, tasks and benefits before deciding, then apply straight from the offer.

AI that finds the offers you missed

An AI button suggests offers based on the candidate's profile. If the set isn't right, refreshing returns a new one. Suggested offers are scored like any other, so comparing them stays simple.

Skills proven with badges

Candidates take a short timed test per skill, with the pass mark shown before they start. Once passed, the badge goes on the profile: recruiters see proof, not a claim.

Apply with more than a CV

Besides the CV, candidates can attach a PDF cover letter, a 30–60 second motivation video or an audio presentation, so recruiters hear from them before the interview.

Follow every application

Each application shows its date, current status, match score and average hiring time. Favorites keep offers worth a second look and alerts make sure no update is missed.

A landing page to match

We also built the product's presentation page: bilingual French / English, with a 3D phone that travels down the page, swaps screens for each feature, and a sky that goes from night to dawn as you scroll. It comes with a contact page and a privacy policy.
