Artistic vision of the product

The brief

People wanted the studio-quality photos of a professional shoot without the cost, the wait or the logistics. We built the pipeline that trains a personal model from their own selfies and generates a controllable body of portraits in styles they choose.

Training pipeline

We fine-tune a LoRA adapter on ten to twenty user photos in about ten minutes on managed GPUs. The training resists overfitting on backgrounds and clothing so the identity — not the setting — is what the model learns.

Style library

Users choose from a curated library of styles: corporate headshot, editorial, cinematic, streetwear, wedding, sci-fi. Each style is a prompt template plus reference images plus safety filters, tuned by an in-house creative director.

Product aesthetic carried through to the interface

Safety

Consent, moderation and abuse detection are non-negotiable. Uploaded selfies are encrypted at rest, deleted on demand and never used to train shared models.

Impact

Users generate hundreds of portraits in the time and budget of a single traditional shoot, and refresh their online presence quarterly instead of once every few years.
