At a glance

Forsti Market — Fresh-Food Marketplace Artistic vision of the product

The brief

A collective of farmers and artisan producers wanted to sell direct-to-consumer without ceding margin to a global platform. Fresh produce has short shelf lives, cold-chain requirements and unforgiving customer expectations — the build had to reflect that.

Product design

We designed a mobile-first experience with a shopping model that respects seasonality: what appears on the home screen depends on the day of the week, the weather and the producer's harvest. Nothing is offered that cannot actually be delivered fresh.

Cold-chain logistics

Delivery slots are grouped geographically to fit refrigerated van routes. Drivers use a dedicated app with temperature logging. Every order carries a temperature history handed to the customer at drop-off.

Producer app

Producers get their own app to manage inventory in the field. They snap a photo, set a price, mark it as available — the item is live in seconds.

Impact

Forsti Market ships thousands of fresh baskets a week across its cities and pays producers a share their previous distributor would have refused to consider.

Closing note

This project reflects our approach: start from a concrete business problem, pick a proven technical foundation, and ship a product that teams actually use every day. Want to talk about yours?

In the wider Apeiron portfolio

Forsti Market took a marketplace approach, and Apeiron's build reflects that — a digital platform serving both everyday consumers and modern independent sellers, with optimized, simplified ordering, protected payment transactions, and a digitized loyalty program designed to keep shoppers coming back. It sits alongside a broader body of retail work: Monoprix Tunisia (mobile shopping companion with flexible fulfillment, digitized loyalty and gamification), Carrefour Tunisia (the retailer's first e-commerce site) and Paperclip (office-supplies e-commerce with cash-on-delivery). Four different retailers, four different builds — no shared template, just a consistent standard.

Part of Apeiron Technologies' portfolio

Seven years. Three countries. 100+ projects. One highway for digitalization.

When Apeiron Technologies describes its mission, it doesn't stop at "we build software." The company talks about partnership — understanding how a business actually runs, then building something that fits into that reality rather than asking the business to adapt around a piece of software. Seven years and more than 100 delivered projects later, across manufacturing, retail, automotive, tourism, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and construction, that philosophy shows up clearly in the work itself.

Behind the portfolio is a team of 25 specialized engineers spanning web, mobile, backend, cloud, AI, and UI/UX, working out of operational subsidiaries in Tunisia, Libya, and France, and organized into agile squads — product owner, tech lead, developers, QA — with the capacity to scale quickly as a project demands.

The process behind every delivery

None of this happens without a consistent way of working. Apeiron's agile squads run iterative sprints — planning and design, development, testing, deployment, review — with client feedback built into every cycle instead of saved for a single big reveal at the end. Quality and security are treated as design-phase concerns rather than afterthoughts, with testing, CI/CD, and code review embedded throughout.

The throughline

Look across the portfolio — a retail loyalty app, a pharmacy gamification tool, a hotel booking platform, a construction management suite, an in-house AI product — and what stands out isn't a single technology or industry focus. It's a repeatable way of working: understand the operational reality of a specific business, then build something that fits into it. That's the idea behind "Your Highway for Digitalization," and it's the thread connecting every project in this portfolio.

Let's build what's next

Apeiron Technologies works with businesses at every stage of digital transformation, from early-stage MVPs to enterprise-wide ERP rollouts.
