The brief

Product teams love the visual clarity of Kanban but resent the manual work of grooming a board. We asked the reverse question: what would the board do for you if it were smart?

AI as columns

Every column in BoardsFlow can host an AI worker: a groomer that breaks user requests into stories, a prioritiser that ranks by impact, a summariser that turns a completed column into release notes. They act like teammates, not like ChatGPT bolted on.

Live collaboration

Boards are collaborative in the same way Figma files are — with cursors, presence and conflict-free updates. Comments thread inline; decisions surface on cards; nothing hides in Slack.

Integrations

GitHub, Linear, Slack and Notion are all first-class. Pull requests appear on the card they belong to; merges advance them; discussions cross-link.
