Artistic vision of the product

The brief

Large service organisations wanted the productivity gains of generative AI, but could not send confidential contracts, HR files and product roadmaps into a public model. They asked for an assistant that behaves like ChatGPT while keeping every token inside their own boundary.

Retrieval-augmented architecture

We built a hybrid pipeline that indexes documents into a vector store, retrieves the most relevant passages at query time and feeds them to a language model as grounded context. Answers cite their sources; hallucinations are dramatically reduced; access rights follow the user.

A workspace, not a chatbox

Apeiron AI is organised into projects. Each project has its own corpus, prompt library, connectors and permissions. Analysts create research workspaces; sales teams draft proposals; support agents summarise tickets — all inside the same product with a consistent UX.

Product aesthetic carried through to the interface

Deployment

We package the platform as a Docker stack that runs on-premise, in a private VPC or on our managed cloud. Customers plug in their own model provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Azure OpenAI or a self-hosted Llama — through a single adapter layer.
